Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation - Stretch, Breathe and Hang

Would you like to improve your posture and sports performance, and make your body stronger and more flexible? Then our free Pilates workshops for teenagers, organised in partnership with Flex Studio, could be just what you need!

Teen Pilates
11:45am - 12:15pm ages 10 to 13
12:15pm - 12:45pm ages 14 to 19

Flying Pilates
1pm - 1:30pm ages 8 to 10
1:30pm- 2pm ages 11 to 19

In Teen Pilates, participants will focus on strengthening their core, learning the principles of proper posture and alignment, and improving their flexibility through mat work and work on the Pilates Allegro© machine.

In Flying Pilates, participants will see the world upside down as they learn to perform safe and fun inversions and aerial hangs from a suspended hammock.
